Books, CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes and other materials will be delivered to us.  You will be notified of their arrival through your campus email. Your name will also be posted on a list at the circulation desk when they arrive.

Articles will either be photocopied and physically delivered or delivered electronically.  Either way you will be notified of their arrival and receive pick-up instructions through your campus email.

Delivery time depends on a number of factors, but materials usually arrive within 3 weeks, and they are often here in less than a week.

Remember, the fastest way to get books, CDs, DVDs, and VHS tapes that are owned by a UW system library is to request them through the Online Catalog.  Click here if you have not already checked other UW libraries and would like to learn how.

The fastest way to get articles is to find them in our electronic journal holdings.  You can do that by searching for the journal title in our Citation Linker or if you know the article title, author, etc. search article in Citation LinkerClick here if you have not already tried this and would like to learn how.
