I teach a wide range of classes, including Calculus and Quantitative Reasoning. My research is in a branch of Mathematics called Lie Theory (pronounced “lee”) which describes the symmetries of the world around us. I am also interested in using computers to tackle various problems in Modern Algebra. I lived in Milwaukee for most of my life and spend my summers supporting the Milwaukee Brewers.
