Great Beginnings - Bits and Bites

Every party should begin with great tasting appetizers.  Learn how to create a variety of recipes that can “open” your menu or be the “stars” of your party.  You will experience the perfect “nibble” for a relaxing evening with friends or your next gala event. Sample menu:  Stuffed Brie with Caramelized pecans, Olive Tapenade Crostini, Tomato Herb Galette, Herb Puffs. *Recipe offerings may change depending on ingredient availability.

Gingerbread House

Create your “dream” house out of gingerbread in this two session course.  During session #1 you will create and bake the basic construction pieces for your house (walls and roof). Session #2 will allow your creativity to go wild as you assemble and decorate your masterpiece.   Design on a dime or go crazy with candy.  It can be a fun-family experience.  Supplies list will be sent after registration.
