Full payment of tuition and fees by cash, check or credit card can be made at the Business Office.  Other payments options follow:

1 Credit Card/Web Check Payments

Credit card and web check payments are made online.  UW-BC accepts MasterCard and Discover, for online tuition payment, however, payment by credit card can be made online by going to our home page and clicking on the PRISM logo.  Please note that credit card payments are subject to a $15.00 convenience fee.  There is no convenience fee associated with the web check payment option.

2.  Installment Credit Agreement

An Installment Credit Agreement plan is available through the Business Office.  Tuition and fees may be paid in two installments each semester after an initial payment of $200.00.

Online Course Tuition

Tuition for Online courses is $200 per credit.  If Online courses are dropped, tuition is refunded according to the standard tuition refund policy.  There is also a $60 administrative fee for each course due to technology support costs.  The administrative fee is refundable through the final day of online registration.  Registration deadlines vary by course.  The Online courses are not counted towards the full-time plateau, i.e., they stand alone for tuition and fee purposes.

Audit Only Fees

The audit fees for the 2007-2008 academic year are:

Wisconsin Residents Under Age 60 - $58.42 per credit

Minnesota Reciprocity Audit - $54.42

Wisconsin Residents Age 60 and Older - $5.42 per credit (textbook rental fee only)

Non-residents - $239.42 per credit
