Scholarships

The Barron County Campus Foundation, Inc. provides scholarship opportunities through the generosity of area businesses and individuals, community organizations, alumni and campus faculty and staff interested in the educational progress of UW-BC students. Each year the UW-Barron County Foundation, Inc. provides thousands of dollars in scholarships to new, continuing, and transferring UW-BC students.

Scholarships available for the 2008-2009 academic year are listed below. 

First Year Student Scholarships
Sixteen scholarships amounting to approximately $10,000 are available to first year students.  To apply for a first year student scholarship, the student must have been admitted for the upcoming fall semester no later than the April 1, 2008 scholarship application deadline.

Continuing Students
Thirty-six scholarships totaling over $19,000 are available to continuing students.  To be eligible, complete and submit a scholarship application form by the April 7, 2008 deadline.
